Dear Northwest, Okay folks, this is serious. I realize that we don't often get snow and it's hardly ever 13 degrees here. I'm fine with everyone taking work off and sleeping in grocery stores and abandoning their cars on I-5. It's a little weird but really, I'm cool with that. Here's my problem. I realize that we, as a group, don't know how to drive in snow. Honestly, it's not that hard and truth be told, we've gotten a lot of practice this season. Take it easy over ice, I'm all for that. But going under 15 mph on road that isn't so much icy as it is completely bare and dry with a smattering of snow in the ditch is taking it a little far. I had to brake just avoid hitting the car in front of me- this means I was coasting faster than you were driving. COASTING. So let's step this up a notch, yeah? I'd like to actually use my gas pedal at some point today. Thank you. Sincerely, Me

I know I have legions (4, maybe) of loyal followers (who read only on the brink of death by boredom) to this oh-so-exciting (yeah, no) and frequently updated (I haven't updated for 4 months) journal but I can handle the pressure of your adoration (apathy) no longer. So, I decided to make the past entries a Friends Only kind of place. Don't sweat it, the only people who read that are already my friends and if you haven't read it, congratulations, you saved yourself a few brain cells. (Trust me, there isn't anything in here that you want to read anyway.) Well except for the one entry that I left out because that still makes me laugh. Especially the comment. Go Natalie! Bah ha ha!

"I want to be Lost with Jin and Jack and Sayid and Sawyer... except on my island we'd have SEX" My roommates are so funny. That gem was Natalie and I laughed really hard when I saw it written on our fridge. In other news, last night was the second night in a row that I was up until 2 working on homework and tonight I will be lucky if I only stay up until 2. I can not wait until the end of this week.
